The App is intended to help users record and track their run streaks. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App collects and stores information about your run streaks, including streak names, start dates, number of days, and status (active or completed). No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected.
The use of the App is entirely at your own risk. Dividuals is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of the App, including but not limited to physical injuries, lost data, or other indirect damages.
Dividuals reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published in the App, and it is your responsibility to stay updated on these changes. By continuing to use the App after changes have been made, you agree to the revised Terms.
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, belong to Dividuals or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material in the App without written permission from Dividuals.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved by Swedish courts.
